Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience leading full stack engineering teams. You should have deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, as well as strong database design skills using MySQL and MongoDB, and familiarity with ORMs such as TypeORM or Sequelize. Additionally, you should possess strong architectural design skills across systems, APIs, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines. Experience with modern DevOps tooling, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines, is essential, along with hands-on familiarity with AWS services for scalable web applications. You should be proficient in setting and enforcing engineering standards and reviewing code for performance and maintainability, along with having experience in mentoring engineers and supporting team capability growth.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for steering the engineering team's technical approach and ensuring quality and scalability across the stack. You will play a key role in unblocking delivery, raising engineering standards, and translating product vision into an executable technical plan.
