Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a customer-facing 1st / 2nd line support role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration
- Basic knowledge / exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, routing, firewalls)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured, secure environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support, including investigation, fault finding, and escalation where needed
- Respond to user and customer requests, providing clear updates and maintaining good service standards
- Administer Azure Landing Zone environments (access control, policies, subscriptions, networking, monitoring)
- Support enterprise collaboration and development platforms used by customers
- Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
- Follow secure working practices and change-control processes
Description
We are a high-growth, mission-driven business looking to expand our team with two SC Cleared Cloud Support Engineers. This hybrid role is based in either Dorset or West Midlands and offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000. You will have the opportunity to work in secure, cloud-hosted environments, contributing to ongoing improvements and automation while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
