Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of post-related experience, or a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 7 years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementations.
- Proven expertise in designing ERP solutions that align with regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum.
- Knowledge of ERP governance, compliance, and data privacy standards.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external partners effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders and facilitation of workshops.
- A strong background in change management and user adoption strategies.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing ERP solution architecture, including integrations with external systems.
- Overseeing project delivery, which includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Utilizing Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
- Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and aligning business and IT objectives.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Producing structured documentation, reports, and training materials.
- Driving change management and supporting end-user adoption.
- Ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
- Staying updated on ERP trends, advancements in Microsoft Dynamics, and industry best practices.
- Undertaking additional related duties as needed.
