Description
We are supporting a major UK Government department in Manchester or London, seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher for an initial 6-month contract. Our goal is to lead user-centred design across complex digital services. You will work closely with delivery, policy, and technology teams to ensure services are intuitive and inclusive, effectively meeting user needs. We offer a dynamic work environment with flexibility to work 1-2 days per week in the office and occasional monthly meetings.
