Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL, and platforms similar to ServiceNow. You should possess strong experience in integration, end-to-end (E2E), functional, and API testing. Additionally, familiarity with test planning, execution, and reporting is essential. Experience in providing assurance over supplier testing is highly valued. Preference will be given to those with a background in defence, government, or secure IT environments.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to plan, execute, and report on testing for new or modified IT capabilities. You will conduct functional, integration, end-to-end, and API testing while creating and managing test data. It is crucial that you report risks and issues to the project Test Lead and provide assurance over third-party supplier testing. You will also collaborate with business and process stakeholders to develop high-coverage test cases and manage defects using Jira.
Description
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring you to be onsite in Corsham three days per week. To qualify for this role, you must have active SC Clearance. We are excited to find an experienced Senior Test Engineer who is motivated to support our critical ITSM function and help improve our testing processes with both manual and automated approaches.
