Senior Service Designer

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in service design, UX, or interaction design. You should have a proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational contexts. Strong facilitation and storytelling skills are essential for communicating design decisions. Comfort with working alongside technical teams and understanding data-driven projects is crucial. Experience in agile environments and with multi-disciplinary teams is required. You should also have the ability to work with spreadsheets and numerical information, effectively translating them into design insights. Desirable qualifications include experience across the full service lifecycle, from discovery to live implementation, and familiarity with UK government departments, public sector or non-profit organizations. Additionally, candidates must submit a portfolio that showcases their process, not just the final outcomes, highlighting how you approached projects, your thinking, and impact.
