Requirements
Must:
- Active SC Clearance
- Experience in Security Assurance / GRC / Product Security
- Experience developing and implementing information security management systems
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, ISF, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials)
- Experience within Defence / UK Government / MOD
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders / customers
- Current certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a bonus
Responsibilities
- Consult on MOD and Government projects as part of our Defence consultancy
- Develop and implement information security management systems
- Work with various security frameworks to ensure compliance
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to communicate security needs
- Travel to client sites in the South West of England approximately twice a month
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve security practices
Description
We are a Defence consultancy seeking an SC Cleared Senior Security Consultant for a permanent role with a base salary of up to £70K, plus generous benefits and bonuses. This position primarily allows for remote work, with occasional travel to client sites, which we will cover. Our company values ongoing training and certification, providing financial support for these initiatives. We also offer a health and well-being bonus of £100 a month and reimburse expenses when onsite.
