Responsibilities
- Work on a significant portion of the product portfolio, including AI-driven B2B products
- Refine and clarify the Agentic Commercial Pricing Autopilot decision system
- Collaborate on data-heavy products built primarily in React with multiple data visualisation tools
- Help shape how design operates within the business
- Operate with autonomy and judgement in a senior role
- Play a key role in growing the design function as the team scales
Description
We are a leading AI scale-up located in Manchester or London, offering a flexible hybrid working pattern. We provide competitive compensation of £70,000-£90,000 base salary depending on experience, along with a 20% bonus and equity. Our team is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is senior enough to operate with autonomy, has a strong influence in shaping products and design practice, and is eager to take on leadership opportunities as the team grows.
