Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in data analysis, performance measurement, and insight generation within a digital or public sector environment.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Proficiency with a range of analytical tools and technologies, including large language models (LLMs), automation tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience leading or mentoring analytical teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and security.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work within constraints and deliver at pace.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing a contextual framework to reduce silos and enable collaboration across government services.
- Categorizing and benchmarking services to drive consistency and improve performance tracking.
- Developing analytical tools and taxonomies to support data-driven policy design.
- Applying advanced analysis techniques and automation to reduce manual reporting effort.
- Leading and mentoring others, helping to embed analytical capability across teams.
- Translating complex findings into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement in performance management, KPI frameworks, and data quality.
Description
