Requirements
Must:
- Active Security Clearance (SC)
- 5 years experience in software development with strong Java expertise
- Hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring, Maven, Git, and JUnit
- Strong experience developing and integrating Web APIs (REST/JSON and XML/SOAP)
- Proven experience delivering complex enhancement and maintenance-focused programmes
- Exposure to infrastructure and tooling such as Docker, Ansible, Python, and Linux is desirable
Responsibilities
- Play a key role across the Software Development Lifecycle on both legacy and modern Java-based platforms
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
- Design, build, enhance, and maintain complex systems
- Contribute to code reviews and automated testing
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
