Requirements
Must:
- 10 years of experience as a Java Developer within investment banking or financial markets
- Hands-on experience delivering FX Cash and electronic trading solutions
- Expertise in Core Java and backend/server-side development
- Designing and building low-latency, multi-threaded systems
- SQL development and data modelling
- Agile methodologies and object-oriented design principles
- Strong knowledge of FX cash products and end-to-end front-to-back trading processes
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance core components of the FX e-trading ecosystem
- Work on real-time pricing and distribution engines
- Implement auto-hedging and risk management functionality
- Ensure integration with market connectivity and existing trading systems
- Optimize front-to-back trading flow
- Contribute to architectural decisions and performance optimization
- Participate in continuous delivery initiatives to meet high-volume, low-latency trading demands
