Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in systems or ITEA engineering within the defence, aerospace, or secure communications sectors. You should have experience with electronic warfare (EW), RF, C4ISR, or mission-system architectures. A solid understanding of requirements management, test planning, and acceptance documentation (using tools like DOORS, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent) is essential. Familiarity with defence standards (such as DEF STAN 00-970, 05-123, etc.) and NATO processes is also required. Ideally, you should be a sole British national and reside within a commutable distance to Gloucester for on-site work.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the integration, testing, evaluation, and acceptance (ITEA) for electronic warfare and mission systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria remain current and align with project milestones. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with NATO and UK MoD standards while liaising effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
