Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

In this role, I will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform solutions. I will facilitate client workshops to capture requirements, design solutions, and advise on best practices. I will provide functional leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, from presales through to delivery and handover. Managing migrations, integrations, and customisations within the Dynamics 365 platform will be part of my responsibilities. I will also support technical and commercial presales activities, including scoping, estimating, and preparing Statements of Work (SoWs). Staying current with Dynamics 365 wave releases and new features, I will incorporate these into solution design. Additionally, I will be responsible for delivering training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams, all while building and maintaining trusted client relationships to ensure our solutions align with their business goals. Mentoring junior consultants and promoting best practices within our D365 team will also be essential.
