- Process mapping, data mapping, and gap analysis
- Full software development lifecycle experience
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 for process modelling
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and manage complex business requirements
- Produce clear analysis artefacts (process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate solutions
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes, identifying risks and dependencies
- Support delivery teams with process mapping, data mapping, and documentation
