Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in the UK Defence sector, ideally with Army programmes and stakeholders.
- Security architecture expertise across UK Defence, identity and access management, and secure integration.
- Proficiency in modelling skills using Sparx Enterprise Architect, applying ArchiMate and NAFv4, and utilizing model-driven traceability.
- Solid understanding of UK guidance and standards utilized across Defence.
- Ability to translate complex risk and design issues into clear options and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across security, architecture, and delivery teams.
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate onsite with the client 2-3 days a week in Hampshire to fulfill the requirements of the project.
- Design and implement security architecture solutions that align with UK Defence standards and practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate risk and design considerations effectively.
- Utilize modelling tools to ensure accurate representation and traceability of architectural decisions.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical team members.
Description
We are offering a contract role for an initial duration of 6 months, with an attractive compensation of up to £750 a day (OUTSIDE IR35). The preferred start date is December 1st, but we are open to flexibility for candidates who may have a 1-month notice period. We look forward to receiving your interest in this position.
