Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective teams and foster collaboration
- Experience working with Product Owners on backlog refinement
- Public sector or government experience is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are preferred
Responsibilities
- Understand and drive deliverables within the Scrum team
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on priorities and backlog refinement
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and show and tells
- Guide team members in Agile practices and principles
- Work alongside other Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Delivery Managers for cross-team coordination
- Actively remove impediments and reduce waste to enhance team alignment and autonomy
- Coach individuals and teams in adopting Agile working practices
