Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a B2C environment; experience with Interaction Studio is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, ETL processes, and SFMC APIs.
- Strong grasp of Contact Builder, data mapping, segmentation, and integration for email and push.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our CRM managers, analysts, and campaign teams to bring strategic concepts to life through advanced, data-driven customer journeys.
- Design end-to-end solutions and develop reusable components.
- Empower the wider team by implementing scalable automation and technical best practices.
- Own and advance the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.
- Design and maintain scalable solutions using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, AMPscript, and SSJS.
