Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email, SMS, Web, Automation)
- Proficiency in Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and MobileConnect
- Strong technical skills: SQL for segmentation and automation
- AMPscript for personalization
- Server-Side JavaScript for CloudPages and API integrations
- Ability to design Data Cloud models, configure ingestion, identity resolution, and activate segments
- Familiarity with Agentforce Marketing and eagerness to grow expertise
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and refinement of digital marketing requirements
- Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to client needs
- Produce clear documentation and follow structured delivery processes
Description
We are seeking a talented Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM. Youll work with inspiring non-profit clients, delivering high-quality implementations and helping them embrace the next generation of Salesforce marketing tools, including Data Cloud and Agentforce Marketing. This is a remote position based in the UK.
