Requirements
Must:
We require candidates with at least 8 years of project experience, including 5 years in a technical leadership role. You should have a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, APIs, Triggers) and at least 2 years as a Technical Lead in Salesforce Industries (Insurance Cloud). Strong Agile/Scrum experience is essential. We are looking for individuals who can guide customers toward scalable, standard-first solutions and communicate effectively, from clear emails to leading high-level client sessions. Required certifications include SFI certifications (Comms/Utilities/Insurance/Health Cloud), Salesforce Service & Experience Cloud certifications, Salesforce Admin / PD1 / PD2 (preferred), SFI Platform Developer / Consultant, and CPQ certification (SFI CPQ / Salesforce CPQ / Apttus CPQ). Knowledge of the Insurance domain is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will act as the technical expert across Salesforce Industries, delivering end-to-end solutions and guiding teams in areas such as Omnistudio (DataRaptor, FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, SFIDX) and Insurance Cloud (Product Admin, Quoting, Policy Admin, Contract & Enroll, FNOL, Claims). You will work with various Salesforce Clouds, including Experience, Service, and Financial Services. Your responsibilities will encompass the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will lead client workshops, conduct whiteboard sessions, and facilitate technical discussions. Mentorship for both onshore and offshore team members will be a key part of your role, as will ensuring technical quality, feasibility, and adherence to best practices across projects.
