Responsibilities
- Build and enhance solutions across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud)
- Work with Agent force to support AI-driven and intelligent workflows
- Develop dynamic and personalised solutions using SQL, AMP script, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs (WS Proxy or other server-side languages is a plus)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
