Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a candidate with the following key qualifications:
- Extensive Salesforce Solution Architect experience
- Hands-on Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience
- 12 years of CRM experience
- Experience within Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domains
- Strong understanding of business process optimization and cross-system integration
Responsibilities
As the Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:
- Act as a trusted digital transformation advisor for our customers
- Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud solutioning
- Collaborate with Technical Architects and delivery teams to shape solution detail
- Review design and infrastructure blueprints, identifying risks and improvements
- Support innovation workshops and thought leadership within Public Sector and Energy & Utilities
- Stay updated on Salesforce, PSS, and industry trends to influence our strategy
