We are looking for candidates with strong Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/SFI) experience in the Insurance sector. A minimum of 7 years of Salesforce/SFI experience is required, including at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role. Candidates should have hands-on Salesforce development experience, specifically in Apex, APIs, LWC, and Triggers. Proven success in delivering SFI Insurance Cloud implementations, covering areas such as quoting, policy, claims, and rating is essential. You must possess strong hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, including DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and the Ratings Engine. Excellent communication skills are necessary to challenge and guide stakeholders effectively. Experience in leading Agile delivery teams across multiple concurrent projects is also required. Preferred certifications include SFI Insurance Cloud, SFI Platform Developer/Consultant, SFI CPQ or Salesforce CPQ/Apttus CPQ, as well as Salesforce Admin/Developer/Architect certifications.

Responsibilities
As an SFI Insurance Technical Lead, you will lead technical design and delivery across the full SFI Insurance lifecycle, including Product Admin, Quoting, Policy Admin, FNOL, Claims, Contract & Enrolment, and Calculation Matrices. Hands-on configuration and development will involve using OmniStudio tools such as DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures, alongside the Ratings Engine. You will oversee multiple technical workstreams, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and delivering high-quality outcomes. Additionally, you will run technical workshops, support requirement refinement, and translate business needs into scalable SFI architectures. Mentoring onshore/offshore developers will be part of your role, providing guidance on solution design, performance, and system optimization. You will also be responsible for making architectural decisions that align with platform capabilities and delivery timelines. Your contribution to Agile delivery cycles, including build, testing, deployments, and documentation, will be crucial, as will your involvement in presales activities and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
