Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Technical Architect with at least 8 years of technical leadership experience, including a minimum of 3 years specifically as a Technical Architect. You should have 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including proficiency in Apex, LWC, APIs, and Triggers. A strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud is essential. Additionally, you must possess deep expertise in SFI Insurance Cloud and Health Cloud, covering areas such as Product Administration, Quoting, Policy Administration, Contract & Enroll, FNOL, Claims Management, and Calculation Procedures & Matrices.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will have the opportunity to lead the technical architecture and design for SFI Insurance Cloud and Salesforce-based solutions. I will work hands-on with OmniStudio tools such as DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and SFIDX across key insurance processes, including Product Admin, Quoting, Policy Admin, FNOL, Claims, and more. As a leader, I will guide development teams, oversee technical decisions, ensure code quality, and conduct design and code reviews. I will also partner directly with clients, leading workshops, analyzing their business processes, and shaping scalable solution architectures.

This is a long-term contract opportunity that offers a hybrid working model, allowing for 2 days onsite in London and the remaining days remote.
