Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with an extensive, proven background as a DevOps Engineer, ideally with experience across multiple organizations and environments. You should have prior software development experience and strong hands-on technical expertise in solution design and delivery. Proficiency with Azure is essential, while knowledge of AWS is desirable. Practical experience with Terraform, CI/CD, Prometheus/Grafana, Docker, and Kubernetes is also desirable. Public sector experience would be highly advantageous. An active SC Clearance is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as the DevOps Subject Matter Expert, guiding teams on industry best practices and central government standards. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling DevOps solutions across a range of projects. Conducting audits of existing practices and recommending improvements will be key. We expect you to provide both advisory input and hands-on delivery of technical solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and align solutions with business needs.
Description
As a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer, you will join our central government practice, acting as a capability lead and shaping DevOps best practices across multiple projects. This is not a people management role but a pivotal position focused on driving delivery excellence through hands-on implementation and solution design.
