Must:
We are looking for a Python Engineer with strong skills in Python and SQL. You should have experience building end-to-end data pipelines, whether streaming or batch, and possess a solid understanding of AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, and S3). Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in data engineering. Great communication skills are essential as you'll be collaborating with traders, developers, and data scientists. You should be happy to work onsite in central Bristol most of the time.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the internal data infrastructure that powers our critical trading decisions. You will work closely with a small, highly skilled team to tackle complex, high-impact data problems that directly affect trading strategy. Your contributions will be utilized daily by traders and data scientists, ensuring your work has real impact within our innovative sector.
