Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering software products in agile environments.
- Knowledge of Android mobile development (delivery-side experience).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Background in public sector or defence environments (desirable).
- UI/UX design, wireframing, and usability testing experience (desirable).
- Eligible for or already hold SC clearance (DV desirable).
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product direction for a suite of operational Android applications.
- Work closely with a dedicated, cross-functional external software delivery team.
- Collaborate directly with military users and customer stakeholders to shape priorities.
- Partner with a Principal Product Owner to steer product delivery and alignment.
- Maintain agile processes including backlog management, prioritisation, and iteration planning.
- Ensure releases are functional, relevant, and suitable for challenging environments.
