Requirements
Must:
- Several years of experience in Data Architecture
- Expertise in data architecture, software architecture, and data model design
- "Hands on" experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Microsoft Fabric, and modern data warehousing
- Deep proficiency in data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical) across relational, dimensional, and NoSQL paradigms
- Skilled in data integration, ETL/ELT design, and API-driven architectures
- Experience with data governance, metadata management, and master data management
Responsibilities
As the Lead Data Architect, I will own the technical design and delivery of data and software architecture while embracing the latest technology. This is a 'hands-on' technical role where I will work closely with stakeholders. I will play a pivotal role in providing strategic authority on data architecture across the organization. My duties will include defining and evolving the enterprise-wide architecture that underpins analytics, reporting, and operational systems. I will set the vision for how data is structured, integrated, and governed, leading the development of architectural standards, patterns, and principles that guide technical delivery across teams.
