Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong focus on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent Management. You should have experience working closely with project teams to discuss integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. Additionally, mentorship and the ability to provide training to the wider organization on the system are essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist a public sector organization that has recently undergone a significant migration project, aiming to address and clear any existing backlog. You will collaborate with the project team and handle various aspects of the HCM implementation. Your contributions will not only support the deployment of the Oracle HCM system but also ensure that our team is equipped to utilize it effectively.
Description
This position is based out of our Norwich offices and operates on a hybrid model. We offer a contract outside IR35, with a rate between £500 and £600 per day. If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
