As a Lead Backend Engineer, I am ready to take on more technical leadership and help shape the future of AI-driven software. Iām part of a rapidly scaling AI consultancy headquartered in Belfast, focusing on building secure, high-performance solutions for clients across government, defense, and industry. We are at the forefront of AI innovation, developing platforms that bring trusted, explainable AI into real-world, mission-critical environments. I am excited to join a small, high-performing team, where I can set standards, drive design decisions, and mentor others while staying hands-on with development. The position offers a salary of up to Ā£90,000 depending on experience, with a requirement of being onsite 2 days a week in Belfast.
