Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in software architecture and delivery. You must have hands-on low/no-code development experience, which is essential for this role. Proficiency in Python and modern frameworks, such as LangChain, is also required. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are a must, and you should be SC cleared or eligible.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Developer, you will guide technical direction and deliver innovative low-code and AI solutions. You will lead technical and architectural decisions across projects while collaborating with Product Owners and User Researchers to ensure delivery aligns with user needs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing low-code and Python-based solutions. Additionally, you will support a small team of developers by promoting best practices and quality. You will work with technologies including Power Platform, SharePoint, Vertex, Bedrock, and Azure AI Foundry.
Description
This is a great opportunity for a Lead or Senior Developer to help shape digital transformation within a collaborative, forward-thinking team. We offer a competitive rate of £800 per day (Inside IR35) with a hybrid working approach based in London, requiring 1-3 days per week on-site.
