Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer within large-scale projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training styles for different audiences.
- Experience supporting system migrations or platform rollouts is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions to stakeholders on the new platform.
- Develop training materials, guides, and resources tailored to different user groups.
- Work closely with the migration project team to understand system changes and training needs.
- Provide ongoing support to staff during and after the migration.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve training delivery and materials.
Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a major migration project, supporting stakeholders as they transition to a new platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on helping people embrace new technology and enjoys working in a collaborative project environment. Additionally, there is potential for the role to extend beyond the initial contract length of 6 months. We offer a hybrid work model with 2 days per week onsite at our Bristol/Bath office. The ideal start date for this position is as soon as possible.
