Must:
We are looking for someone with a strong customer-focused approach and experience training users with varying skill levels. Ideally, you should have at least 12 months of IT training experience, preferably in a law firm environment. A solid understanding of the full training lifecycle is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders. You must be highly organized, able to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to build strong relationships. We seek a proactive, team-oriented individual who is confident in delivering training. High proficiency with Windows and MS Office is required; knowledge of legal-specific tools and relevant certifications would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver in-person and remote IT training for new starters and existing staff. Youll create clear training materials, guides, and lesson plans. Identifying training needs and updating our training plan accordingly will be part of your responsibilities. You will also support IT projects, including testing and providing feedback.
