Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have 1-2 years of experience in IT support, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. You should possess strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential. Additionally, you should be professional, organized, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and managing user accounts via Active Directory will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will assist with meeting room setups, AV support, and new user device configurations.
