Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience troubleshooting IT issues. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working directly with clients. We value a proactive attitude, focusing on problem-solving and a willingness to learn. Desirable skills (not essential) include MCP or CCNA certifications, VMware or Hyper-V certification, and cloud accreditation (Azure/AWS).
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to maintain and support our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related systems. You will deliver and assist with IT projects, helping clients implement new technologies and strengthen their IT environments. Additionally, you will apply and monitor security measures to protect client networks from potential threats.

This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite in Portishead, with a salary of up to £30k.
