Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line IT support across multiple sites
- Log, manage, and resolve service desk tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues
- Communicate clearly with non-technical users
- Support remote administration and system monitoring
- Follow ITIL-based service processes and SLAs
