Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Understanding of how IT and digital systems support shop floor or operational environments
- Customer-facing IT experience and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with site leadership and operational stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for digital and IT requirements
- Work closely with business teams to understand operational challenges
- Translate operational challenges into effective digital solutions
- Coordinate with IT and digital teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support the rollout and adoption of new digital initiatives
- Ensure digital systems effectively support manufacturing and operational processes across the site
