Must:
As the ideal candidate for the Head of Salesforce Marketing Cloud position, you will need to possess a strong background in Salesforce platform management and strategic leadership. You should have proven expertise across Salesforce architecture, design, customization, and integrations, particularly with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft. Additionally, hands-on experience in building and maintaining Salesforce DevOps frameworks, utilizing tools such as Gearset, Jira, and Confluence, is essential. You should also be skilled in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
Bonus points will be awarded for Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, and Platform Developer I & II. Familiarity with tools like Agentforce, Einstein, and CPQ, as well as experience in agile delivery models and modern project management practices, will also be advantageous. An awareness of third-party solutions available on the Salesforce AppExchange and domain experience within Legal, Professional Services, or similar industries would further strengthen your application.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will define, lead, and evolve our Salesforce landscape while taking charge of governance, architecture, and DevOps strategy. You'll ensure that best practices are embedded within our delivery teams, driving continuous improvement and nurturing technical excellence. As the Salesforce platform owner, your responsibilities will include shaping the strategic direction and technical design of our Salesforce capabilities. You will also be expected to mentor teams, fostering an environment that accelerates Salesforce innovation across our business.
