Must:

- Commercial acumen, including ownership of revenue targets and budget management
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate requirements into scalable solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, growth, and delivery of the Salesforce consultancy practice
- Define and implement a scalable consultancy model aligned with organisational growth objectives
- Manage a portfolio of customer projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor, leading workshops and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Drive revenue growth through new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce consultants
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance across delivery and commercial performance
