Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering data migration within EPIC programmes (other EPRs can be considered)
- Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and workflows
- Experience within NHS or healthcare organisations
- Hands-on ETL, SQL and data transformation experience
- Data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance expertise
- Experience supporting large-scale go-live/cutover activities
- Previous involvement in full EPIC lifecycle implementation (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead data mapping, transformation and migration activities into EPIC
- Work with SMEs to define data requirements and validation rules
- Support data cleansing, reconciliation and quality assurance processes
- Develop and execute migration scripts and ETL processes
- Identify and mitigate data risks across the programme
- Ensure compliance with NHS data governance and IG standards
- Collaborate with EPIC build and integration teams

We are a specialist healthcare consultancy that delivers complex digital transformation programmes across the NHS, particularly within large-scale EPR environments. This is a 6-month, Outside IR35 contract opportunity, fully remote for candidates based in the UK.
