Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have proven experience managing multiple engineering teams in an agile environment. You should have a strong software development background, ideally with exposure to AI technologies. It's essential that you have demonstrated the ability to mentor engineers and drive team growth. Experience with budget management and financial planning for technical projects is necessary, as are excellent communication skills to build cross-functional alignment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise-level AI integration is also expected. Additionally, you must hold or be eligible for SC clearance.
Responsibilities
As the Engineering Manager, I expect you to oversee and mentor multiple engineering teams, supporting their professional growth. You will ensure that engineering delivery aligns with product goals and strategic priorities. I want you to work closely with the Head of Engineering on project budget management and planning. Your role will also involve driving collaboration between engineering and product teams on technical deliverables. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, building strong teams, and fostering a culture of innovation.
