We are looking for candidates with a strong background in both manual and automation testing. You should have proven expertise in Selenium and Java, along with experience working in agile delivery environments. A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture is essential, and we value a proactive, self-directed approach with a passion for quality.
Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will lead the embedding of both manual and automated testing practices across the full software development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust automated test frameworks across UI and API layers, conducting manual and exploratory testing where appropriate, and leveraging a range of open-source testing tools and frameworks. You will also embed testing best practices (TDD, BDD, ATDD) into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, and analysts, continuously improve the test architecture and QA processes, support non-functional testing, and participate in QA guilds to contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
