Requirements
Must:
- Extensive D365 Experience
- Migration experience into Microsoft Dynamics
- Previous experience dealing directly with stakeholders/clients
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve support tickets and incidents related to Dynamics 365
- Fine-tune and improve the support model for Dynamics and Pagerduty
- Support trainees to enhance their skills in handling complex support queries
- Collaborate with project teams across various departments to ensure effective support delivery
Description
We are an established and rapidly growing digital agency focused on providing digital transformation services to various sectors, including not-for-profit, financial services, and government. This role is a 3-month contract position in Swansea with the possibility of extension, requiring two days onsite every other week. We offer expenses for travel and a competitive daily rate of £450.
