Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
- Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing skills.
- Technical and functional expertise in data architecture.
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or CPG is a plus.
- Knowledge of non-SAP MDM tools is advantageous.
- Exposure to enterprise performance management and reporting frameworks is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (CIO, CFO, CDO level).
- Drive end-to-end data architecture across complex transformation programmes.
- Lead client engagements and define data roadmaps.
- Oversee implementation across modern SAP ecosystems and integrated platforms.
- Provide strategic leadership and advisory on data architecture and design.
- Manage data and analytics initiatives, including data migration.
- Ensure data governance and master data management (MDM).
