Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in cyber security
- Experience in leading cyber security initiatives independently
- Proficiency in bringing systems up to regulatory standards
- Ability to collaborate across teams to gather information and assess risks
- Expertise in defining and implementing security policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Guidance on security for software systems, infrastructure, and networks
- Skill in identifying gaps in security controls and driving remediation plans
- Experience with IEC 62443 is a huge bonus

Description
We are an Engineering firm based in Eastleigh, offering a competitive salary range of £70k to £80k for this Cyber Security Champion role, with the flexibility to consider Inside IR35 Contractors. This position supports a hybrid work model, focusing on onsite collaboration. We are looking for a proactive individual who can lead our cyber security function and is ideally available to start before June.
