- Previous experience supporting large transformation programmes as part of a wider team
- Experience working in small consultancy environments
- Understanding of business change, stakeholder engagement and business readiness
- Experience supporting communications, adoption and implementation activity
- Comfortable working in secure or highly regulated settings

- Support business change activity across a large defence transformation programme
- Work with the wider team to assess business impact and change readiness
- Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planning
- Assist with change assessments across multiple work streams
- Help identify risks, challenges, and resistance to change
- Provide day-to-day support to senior change and programme leads
Description
We are a London-based consultancy delivering secure transformation programmes into the Defence sector. We are looking for a junior Business Change Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of a major defence project. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment and contribute to a large-scale defence programme, enhancing your experience in business change activity, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
