Requirements
Must:
We are looking for multiple Business Analysts who possess experience in policing technology and RMS platforms. You should be adept at gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Knowledge of data migration processes, system integration, and user acceptance testing is essential. Additionally, experience in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders from various departments, including frontline policing, IT, and governance, is required. You must ensure alignment with national policing standards, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the RMS transformation. You will map current and future-state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. You will support data migration planning, oversee system integration, and assist with user acceptance testing. Facilitating workshops and ensuring stakeholder engagement across departments will be key aspects of your role.
Description
This is a contract position for 6 months, based in The Midlands. The rate or salary is negotiable, and the start date is as soon as possible. We are excited to partner with you in this transformative program within the UK police force.
