Requirements
Must:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in agile software or product teams
- Confident gathering requirements and facilitating stakeholder discussions
- Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable working closely with product owners and development teams
- Proactive and able to work in fast-paced delivery environments
- Desirable: Exposure to energy, utilities, construction, or field-based environments
- Desirable: Experience working on complex digital platforms or enterprise systems
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and users
- Map business processes and user journeys
- Capture and maintain epics, features, and user stories
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with the Product Owner
- Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are clear and deliverable
