Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in requirements definition, business process modeling, and change impact analysis.
- Proficiency with Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience supporting organizations through business transformation or digital change.
- Holds current DV/eDV clearance (essential).
- Proactive, analytical, and confident in working with senior stakeholders.
- Able to communicate complex information effectively across all levels.
- A collaborative team player with strong emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a high-paced, secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to drive engagement and capture actionable insights.
- Lead the analysis of existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Support the implementation of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Support benefits realization and continuous improvement initiatives.
