Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and communication skills. You should be tech-savvy and process-oriented, preferably with experience in a law firm or professional services. An interest or experience in legal tech, including low-code/no-code tools, is highly desirable. We seek confident self-starters who have a passion for innovation. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map processes. You will identify and develop solutions to enhance workflows and drive efficiency. Supporting project delivery will be a key aspect of your role, including testing, documentation, and rollout. You will communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and own and manage legal tech products, becoming a go-to expert.

We are a leading law firm with a forward-thinking approach to digital transformation, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation & Innovation team within IT on a permanent basis. This role is hybrid from our Bath office. We welcome applications from either Junior Business Analysts with a willingness to learn, Technical Business Analysts, or experienced Business Analysts looking to expand their technical knowledge. The salary will be dependent on experience. This position offers the chance to work at the intersection of legal expertise and emerging technologies, delivering high-impact projects that enhance legal practice through smarter, tech-driven solutions.
