Requirements
Must:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep).
- Proficient in Windows Server (2012 R2-2022) and Active Directory (multi-forest/domain).
- Experience with Office 365 setup and administration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of SAN and clustering technologies (Dell, HP).
- Exposure to SQL troubleshooting and Microsoft System Center (SCOM).
- SC Clearance required.

Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and major incidents within SLA.
- Investigate root causes and implement permanent fixes or workarounds.
- Support enterprise IT services, ensuring availability, security, and integrity.
- Collaborate with project teams to transition new services into support.
- Maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles.
- Liaise with internal teams and third-party providers.
- Occasionally perform on-site tasks, such as hardware swaps or patching.

We are a Software Development Consultancy seeking a talented Azure Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to support our customer, internal, and developer IT systems. This role is crucial in handling our infrastructure and cloud platforms, and you will work closely with project and support teams.
